The Ultrasound

That grainy image appears on the screen

Look! It's our baby we all will scream.

No risks are explained, no science behind it

But few of us even seem to fight it

Even if they do say something is wrong

All it does is make the inevitable prolonged

A sense of security that isn't real

We have no control over what happens next in our automobile

Continue to provide a false sense of hope

But will we ever really know that everything is fine?

The answer is, nope!
